Emmanuel Marvie “Manny” Robinson, a remarkable 22-year-old man whose passion for music and creativity as an artist left an enduring legacy. Born on February 26, 2003, in Jackson, Mississippi. Emmanuel, affectionately known as “Manny,” was the beloved son of Jennifer Odom and Samuel Marvie Robinson.
Emmanuel attended George Washington High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Emmanuel had a deep love for sports and enjoyed playing basketball, football, and baseball. He was also passionate about music and expressed his talent through rap. As an avid YouTuber on his channel, MBK Manny2x, he proudly shared his creativity and musical gifts with the world.
One of Manny’s greatest highlights of the week was FaceTiming with his beloved son, Giannis Marvie Robinson, who was the center of his universe.
Emmanuel was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Birnethia Harrison and Essie Lee Robinson; his grandfather, David Wilson; his sister, Debbie Robinson; and his aunt, Dorcas Fields.
Emmanuel leaves to cherish his memory his son, Giannis Marvie Robinson; his loving mother, Jennifer (Babatunde) Odom-Oyadeyi; his father, Samuel (Marion) Marvie Robinson; and his devoted co-parenting partner, Jada Harris.
He is also survived by his brothers, Rashad Robinson, Samuel Marvie Robinson Jr., Jaylon Robinson, Terrell Rutland, and John Alexander; sisters, Toni Robinson, Hope Harrison, and Jazziah Harrison; his aunts, Shemmell (Wayne) Beamon, Carmen Logan, and Amy Thompson; his uncles, Willie (J.B.) Harrison and Johnny Lee (Josie) Robinson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends, who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
Manny’s vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a mentor, a friend, and a source of joy to many. His legacy will live on through the lives he influenced and the music he created.
As we remember Manny today, let us honor his passion for life, his love for his son, and the lasting mark he left on us all. Although he may no longer be with us, his spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts and in the memories we cherish.
