Jimmy Dale “Bo” Wagner was born on July 28, 1957and he departed on November 20, 2025. Jimmy was the seventh child of Johnny and John Anna Weidman. He graduated from Lake High School (Lake, MS) where he was a key member of the legendary 1974 Un-Team “undefeated” Lake High School football team.
After graduation, Jimmy attended East Central Community College as the foundation for becoming a skilled Journeyman Electrician. Throughout his career, he pursued ongoing education, enrolling in courses at Jackson State University and other upskilling training opportunities, and also obtained his contractor's license.
Along the way, Jimmy married and welcomed two daughters whom he loved dearly. Friends and family also knew Jimmy for cooking and grilling, especially his simmer all day "chilli”. Jimmy also loved to hunt. He didn’t seek out crowds and kept his circle of friends small.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and John Anna Weidman; two brothers, Melvin McGowan, Jr., and Billy Joe Wagner; and two sisters, Alice F. Butler and Phynesta D. Hillie. He will be dearly missed by his beloved daughters, Brittany Wagner-LV, Nevada and Sydnie Solius (Karl)-Dallas, TX; a sister, Brenda Wagner-Lake, MS and four brothers, Johnny Weidman (Marilynn) - Lake, MS, Lavern Weidman (Shirley)-Byram, MS, Kenneth Wagner- Lake, MS, and Keith Wagner - Lake, MS; two grandchildren, Karter and Sophie Solius, as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
